Her programs are designed to build gym confidence, teach new exercises, or focus on sports-specific training. Through structured phases, with hard you will develop strength, power, speed, and agility. Depending on your goals and experience level, Krissy will build a plan that can include foundational strength, basic plyometrics, advanced lifts, speed drills, agility exercises, and conditioning. Each phase builds on the previous one to ensure continuous progress. With expert guidance on recovery strategies and meal plans featuring essential macros, Krissy provides everything needed to perform at your best. As an Olympian and member of Team Canada, Krissy uses her extensive experience and athletic background to inspire and help you achieve your goals.
Krissy is a certified personal trainer and a silver medalist from the 2024 Paris Olympics. Based in Victoria, B.C., she is an accomplished professional athlete who represents Canada as a member of the Canadian Women’s Rugby Sevens team and the National Senior Women’s 15s team. Her experience highlights her skills, determination, and commitment to excellence. As a trainer, Krissy draws on her athletic background to inspire and motivate clients, helping them push their limits, achieve their goals, and embrace the power of athleticism.
Krissy Scurfield is a qualified online personal trainer, holding a certification through the British Columbia Recreation and Parks Association (BCRPA). This certification attests to her knowledge and expertise in the field of fitness and exercise.
